A Team of Specialists
Jeff Cappello’s expertise in the collection industry spans over twenty years. His career began as a successful collection representative and advanced him to General Manager of the second largest third-party collection firm in the country. This experience provided a platform of knowledge which allowed Jeff to build a new collection agency in a very competetive East Coast market. With an opportunity to return to the Midwest where his family resides, Jeff sold his agency which is still a viable operation today. Prior to forming Eagle, Jeff was the Vice President of Operations for another national collection agency.
